Our tour prices include park entrance fees, professional guide services, accommodation as specified, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), game drives in a 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof, airport transfers, and bottled water during game drives. International flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, and personal expenses are not included.

Tanzania offers excellent safari experiences year-round. The dry season (June-October) is ideal for wildlife viewing as animals gather around water sources. The Great Migration typically occurs from December to July. The wet season (November-May) offers lush landscapes, fewer tourists, and better prices. Each season has unique advantages.

Our group sizes range from 2 to 6 people per vehicle, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience. We also offer private safaris for individuals, couples, or families who prefer exclusive use of a vehicle and guide. Small groups allow for better wildlife viewing and photography opportunities.

Essential items include comfortable, neutral-colored clothing (khaki, beige, olive), a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, camera with extra batteries and memory cards, and a light jacket for early morning drives. Yes, safaris are generally safe for children, though minimum age requirements vary by park and accommodation. We recommend ages 6+ for most tours. Our family-friendly safaris are paced appropriately with shorter game drives and child-friendly accommodations. Our experienced guides are skilled at keeping children engaged and safe.

Yellow fever vaccination is required if traveling from endemic countries. We recommend consulting your doctor about malaria prophylaxis, as risk varies by region and season. Other recommended vaccinations include Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and routine vaccinations. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies is strongly recommended.

Booking is simple: select your tour, complete the inquiry form, and our team will send a detailed proposal. We require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 60 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit cards (with processing fee), and PayPal. Full payment terms are outlined in your booking contract.
